Role Description

Our partners’ Payroll Department is looking for a professional and meticulous Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Payroll Management: Oversee the monthly payroll cycle for a large-scale workforce, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Professional Advisory: Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding payroll queries, benefits, and local regulations.
Termination & Settlements: Manage end-of-employment processes, including severance pay calculations and preparation of Form 161.
Compliance & Knowledge: Maintain deep expertise in Israeli labor laws, taxation, and National Insurance (Bituach Leumi) regulations.
Quality Control: Conduct rigorous audits and monthly controls to ensure data integrity and payroll accuracy.
Benefits & Absences: Manage and process reserve duty (Miluim), work accidents, maternity leaves, and other statutory benefits.
Reporting: Analyze and verify payroll payments, implementing and monitoring employment agreements.
Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in payroll accounting, Payroll Management and Payroll Services
Certification: Certified Payroll Accountant (חשב/ת שכר מוסמך/ת) – Mandatory.
Scale: Experience managing payroll for 500–1,000+ employees.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) – Mandatory.
Experience with Har-Gal software – Major Advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with accuracy
Attributes: Exceptional time management, high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
